Ramblers sign White from Chicoutimi

The Amherst CIBC Wood Gundy Ramblers have signed 2006-born defenceman Christian White from the Chicoutimi Saguenéens of the QMJHL.

White, a native of Ottawa, ON, played last season in the EOJHL with the Richmond Royals, guarding the blueline for 47 games. He scored 31 points, including 14 points in 15 playoff games.

The 6-foot-03, 201-pound blueliner shoots left-handed. White will join the Ramblers this week, ahead of their games this weekend against Grand Falls on Saturday and Truro on Sunday.
